In light of the fact that the aforementioned organizations [AFTLD, APTLD, CENTR, LACTLD] wish to collaborate by exchanging information related to the security of the Domain Name System, best practices amongst their members in areas related to contingency planning and disaster recovery for country code top level domain registries, the Parties hereby formalize their intent to work out a cooperation agreement. This agreement will be signed at the ICANN meeting in Cartagena (December 2010).
