IDN Guidelines

A discussion draft version of the IDN Guidelines has been released to facilitate an interactive IDN session on the subject of IDNA Protocol implementation and transition during the ICANN meeting in Cartagena.

The discussion draft is based on the latest version (2.2) of the IDN Guidelines.

The IDN Guidelines contains additional recommendations for practical implementation efforts of IDNs for all TLD registries and registrars. They are a requirement for both gTLD registries that support IDNs, and IDN ccTLD registries.
