INTA Sends Second Offer of Assistance to ICANN

The International Trademark Association has offered to assist ICANN with the preparation and completion of a study to assess the harms associated with intellectual property abuse and related forms of consumer fraud in the domain name system, including how the current gTLDs have affected intellectual property and consumers since their introduction.

THE INTA's first request to assist was sent on 8 September, but ICANN didn't respond to this offer.  The INTA have now repeated their offer.
