ICANN's Consumer Complaints

I love reporting good news.  So far this year, the number of consumer complaints fielded by ICANN is lower than last year...

unfortunately, as the Dashboard Diagram illustrates, the single largest block of complaints each and every month (averaging 30.9%) remains associated with domain name transfers.

If we have an ongoing problem, then clearly some changes need to be made.  Let's hope that the GNSO starts picking up the pace to get these issues resolved.
