EURALO discussing individual membership option

The EURALO leadership at their teleconference tomorrow will be discussing a proposal for possible Bylaw changes that will include provisions to include unaffiliated members. 

As ICANN's at-large institutions are supposed to be representing the interests of individual Internet users, this particular change is viewed as a welcome and long-overdue correction.  Details may be found here.
