You may recall that the Free Speech Coalition filed a Documentary Information Disclosure Policy Request with ICANN in early September pertaining to ICM Registry's application for the .xxx sTLD. The recently-released official ICANN response can be summarized as follows:
We did our best, but ICM designated their material as confidential. We asked them to remove the confidentiality designation, but they never got back to us. Sorry.
