No "Final Applicant Guidebook"

In spite of all the rumours to the contrary, ICANN will not be issuing a
"Final Applicant Guidebook" (at least not by that name).

Why?

It's the acronym.

Look for the next version of the AGB (Applicant Guidebook) to be issued on 9 November.
