GNSO Contracted Parties House in a Quandry

In response to the recent Board announcement on registry-registrar cross-ownership, Adrian Kinderis on the GNSO list exclaims:

Wow!  So what happens to the Contracted Party house? Did they think of that? ;)


In the topsy-turvy world of cross-ownership and multiple hats, things can get messy very quickly.  A follow-up comment from Mike Rodenbaugh illustrates the point:

Yeah Adrian, what next.  maybe the CEO of a major registry service provider will represent the Registrars Constituency on Council?!

NOTE:  As it turns out, we already have the CEO of a major registry on the ALAC.
