Cybercafé Constituency

Last March a notice of intent (NOIF) was posted to create a GNSO constituency named the "Public Internet Access/Cybercafé ecosystem Constituency".

Then in June we noticed that an updated NOIF was submitted.

Having seen the earlier Consumer Constituency effort languish and die, we now have to wonder whether ICANN Staff is actively working with this applicant to ready a Petition and Charter, or if this effort also is fated to wither on the vine.
