Toward a Better Understanding of the Guidebook

Writing to the Business Constituency list, Steve DelBianco has suggested an approach geared to better understanding the soon-to-be-published Applicant Guidebook.  Different members of the Constituency will each analyze a section of the Guidebook and will report back to the BC during a member call on 11 November.

Frankly, this approach should be adopted by all the ICANN constituencies and Advisory Committees -- it's a good way forward.
